What is remote support?  There are many problems you may have with your computer that can be fixed from our location and you never have to unhook your computer or be without it for a long period of time.

We simply log into your computer using a few simple steps and do the troubleshooting and work from our office while your computer sits in your home.  You are billed at the conclusion of the call if we are able to help you. If we are not, we can pick your computer up or you can drop it off at our office for further diagnosis.

Typically these calls are scheduled in advance for your convenience and ours.

Not every problem can be fixed remotely but many can and we would love to help you in this way if we can!
